"China Telecom Kepler Data Center" is jointly developed and constructed by Guangdong Kepler Communication Technology Co., LTD, Foshan Power Construction Group and China Telecom Foshan Branch, providing first-class Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other services for the Internet, government, state-owned enterprises, banks and other government and enterprise units. Kepler Data Center is located in Foshan South China Political Big Data Park. With an investment of about RMB 1 billion, it has built a five-star data center with 5,675 racks. The first batch of 771 racks has been completed and delivered in 2018. Phase II construction has been started.
